This policy is part of the Terms of Service of Velyth Visions Group LLC and applies to purchases made on velyth.group, velythtech.solutions and vnovaworks.studio. If you have a Specific Agreement with different rules, that agreement prevails.
1. Cancelling a plan
You can cancel Managed Services, Advanced Services or Integrated Services at any time:
- from the Stripe customer portal (the link is in your receipts), or
- by emailing admin@velyth.group with the subject "Cancellation".
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you will not be charged again and you keep the service until that date. We will confirm the cancellation by email within 24 business hours.
2. Plan refunds
- Monthly plans: we do not refund partial months or unused hours.
- Annual plans: you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, as long as you have not used any plan hours. After that, we do not refund the remaining period, but you can cancel so it does not renew.
- Annual renewal: if an annual plan renews and you contact us within 7 days of the charge without having used hours from the new period, we will refund the renewal.
3. Projects and standalone services
- Before work starts: full refund.
- Once work has started: you pay for the work done up to cancellation and we refund the rest. We calculate it by project stage or milestone and send you the breakdown.
- Delivered and approved: no refund. If something does not conform to what was agreed, the 30-day correction warranty in the Terms applies.
- Third-party costs we already paid on your behalf that cannot be recovered (domains, licenses, cloud services) are non-refundable.
4. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you purchase as a consumer and the law of your country gives you a right to revoke or withdraw from distance purchases (in Argentina, 10 calendar days from purchase under Article 34 of Law 24,240), you can exercise it without giving a reason:
- Email admin@velyth.group with the subject "Withdrawal" ("Arrepentimiento").
- Include your name, the email you purchased with, and the service.
No account or other steps are required. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and refund the amount paid to the same payment method. If, at your request, we already started providing the service within that period, the applicable law may allow us to deduct the portion provided.
5. Cancelling a service
To cancel a recurring service, follow the steps in Cancelling a plan. We will confirm the cancellation through the same channel within 24 hours.
6. How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued to the same payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, they may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. We do not control bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your bank.
7. Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge or have a problem with it, please email admin@velyth.group first. We will review it and respond as soon as possible.
